As of March 1, millionaires are finished paying into Social Security for the rest of the year. That's because of the Social Security's payroll wage cape. So while Elon Musk, Tim Cook of Apple, Rupert Murdoch, and Charles Koch are done contributing to the system for 2024, the rest of us have to continue paying through the end of the year!
