Description

Migraines and neck pain… it's a bit of a chicken or the egg situation. Is the neck pain causing your migraine, or did your migraine cause the neck pain? Many women feel like if they could just sort out their neck issues, they could make their migraines disappear. In fact, experts estimate that 80% of people with chronic migraines experience neck pain with their migraine attacks, making this symptom more common than nausea or aura.

I personally spent years trying to overcome my excruciating neck pain and migraines, with little to no relief. I finally learned that nothing was working because I was chronically inflamed, making all of my expensive efforts ineffective. In this episode, we dive into migraines and neck pain and how you can safely work to reduce your chronic inflammatory load and find lasting migraine (and neck) freedom! The key is determining what your body needs to reduce the inflammation, listening to your body, understanding the signs, and creating a plan that's right for you.
