Description

Did you know that studies have revealed fascinating findings about the relationship between body weight and migraines? This is an often overlooked aspect of migraine freedom, and in this episode, we're diving deep into it!

Data from a meta analysis published in the Medical Journal of the American Academy of Neurology suggests that obese individuals are 27% more likely to experience migraines, and underweight individuals are 13% more likely. Both migraines and obesity are public health problems that have a large economic burden and can lead to many other health conditions.

So what can we do to change this and achieve migraine freedom? It's not about the number on the scale. It's about creating the best possible environment in our bodies for a happier, migraine-free lifestyle. Liberating yourself from the weight of migraines is all about learning, listening to your body, and focusing on feeling good about yourself.
