The ego always seems to show up, and most of the problems in the world seem to stem from ego. It holds us back and prevents us from connecting with other humans in the way we so desire. The ego can also be harnessed for good, but we want to learn to control it so we don’t let it run amuck and get in the way of some of the best experiences in life.
