Most leaders don't get stuck because they lack skill. Instead, they get stuck because they don't understand who they are at the core of their identity and purpose, and this has ramifications at home and work.
Today, Rob Stout is talking to Jeremiah Shaw, who serves as a leadership coach, consultant, and executive mentor focused on helping leaders and teams gain clarity and take intentional action in their organizations. Jeremiah holds a Master's degree in Organizational and Global Leadership and is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. He's the founder of Grovity Leadership, which helps train leaders, teams, and organizations through Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, Organizational Training, and Strategic Planning.

You're strong and capable but are you fully equipped to successfully summit this mountain? You don't need clichés, pity, or cheerleader banter. You need the fellowship of wise men who walk with wise men; and we need you. (See Proverbs 15:22.) The Next Stage Podcast is produced by Sherpa Unlimited and hosted by Rob Stout.
