In this episode of the Hope and Help For Fatigue and Chronic Illness podcast, Haylie Pomroy shares the mic with Dr. Irina Rozenfeld to discuss how toxicity impacts the body and its relevance in chronic illness.

They dive into how we are exposed to environmental toxins in our day-to-day lives, how patients with multiple chemical sensitivity can reduce and avoid exposure, and share practical, clinically grounded strategies to limit toxicity at home and in our food. Dr. Rozenfeld also addresses sleep, diet, and detoxification as integral components of the patient's healing journey, and their impact on the nervous system and immune system.

Together, they provide expert guidance regarding safe travel, the appropriate use of sauna therapy for detoxification, and how patients can effectively communicate with their healthcare providers about toxic burden and environmental exposures.
