Welcome back to Kent in Good Company! In today's episode, I sat down with Dave, the owner of Bricco. Bricco is a family-owned Italian-American restaurant. They have great cajun chicken pasta amongst other awesome dishes. They also have an event space that accommodates up to 40 people, and if you’re an employee or student of Kent State, they don’t charge a room fee! Isn’t that sweet?! Dave shared his story of becoming the owner of Bricco as well as the struggles Bricco and other restaurants have faced in this post-pandemic economy.
