Phil's magical friend Sarah comes on pod for a reading and we have such a cute conversation. The big topic is Three of Swords which represents the flood of sympathetic activation that our nervous system gives us when we are mobilized. We talk about music performance, identity, stage fright, generosity in music, grief, colonialism and appropriation of 'world music,' and the centrality of social regulation.
