Clare has a diverse background in financial planning, having been a financial advisor, paraplanner and working in compliance before moving to Operations.
Clare describes her role as piecing together Nextgen's products like a complex puzzle ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Clare deals with everything from contracts, event planning, content planning and ensuring successful outcomes for the company and the team.
Outside of work Clare loves to spend time with her family and friends especially if it's in the sunshine.
