Food
Steak has consistently been a favorite among my guests. While I aim to switch things up with every meal, there's no denying that a perfectly cooked steak, tailored to your preference, is always a hit.
Recently, I prepared Gary's rib-eye steak, served with triple-cooked chips and a marinated Italian tomato salad (recipe here). Little did I know, Gary isn't a fan of tomatoes, but after finishing his meal, he surprised me by saying how much he enjoyed them. A win-win!
