Description

Miniseries Part 2: Who am I? Discovering your PLEASURE.

What brings you deep, fulfilling, ecstatic pleasure?

(No, not the bedroom stuff...the LIFE stuff! The moment-to-moment it-feels-soooo-good-to-be-alive stuff.)

Buckle up, cuz we’re exploring the complex relationship between different types of pleasure, how our nervous system dictates what we believe is a really good time, and how all of it relates to our joy – or angst – of being alive.

Warning: what you *think* you enjoy might be a trick of your hyped-up nervous system and not what you *really* enjoy at all.

Understanding your genuine likes and dislikes is crucial for living a life in alignment with your true self. Mira’s sharing with you her personal journey from dissatisfaction in a conventional IT job to finding joy in creativity and connection.

We’re also talking about the importance of self-inquiry into what brings you genuine happiness (and how to do it), the negative impact of living in a hyper-stimulated or numb state, and how relearning to recognize subtle, healthy pleasures can guide better life choices.

You'll walk away from this episode with a framework for identifying your authentic pleasures, which can lead to more fulfilling and aligned living in the big picture, or just a better idea of what to do this Saturday night.
