In part one of a series about my recent diagnosis of Autism levels 1 & 2, CPTSD, GAD, MDD and CSD (whew!), I'm "coming out" as Autistic, and sharing how this new information is HUGE for me and my journey.
One note about what I am sharing: I am learning every day about this, and I may make mistakes in wording I use, and I also want to be sure I am respecting myself and the autistic community as a whole with my language, so I am open to correction, and will work to learn and do better as I go.
