We typically don't think of summer as a season that we get sick often but if our immune system weakens due to stress, or other health and wellness-related triggers, we are still at risk.

I tend to get sick right before going on vacation, which oftentimes is in the summer when I am under the stress of getting things prepped at home and work for me to be away, and getting on a plane.

So I try to incorporate immune system-building practices year round, even the summer.
