Frank joins the Don't Die Rusty crew for the first part of the conversation. If you ever have attended a TAC, Frank is the nicest person you will ever meet. Frank is driving, checking on people, chasing bears away from targets and just taking the time to make sure everyone is good. Frank is a proud father and husband who dotes on his family. He is also an adventure seeker that enjoys living life.
Frank discusses his adventure jumping off the Stratosphere with Rick, then we talk about the struggles of addiction that Frank experienced 20+ years ago and how overcame his addiction and how Sean and Monica helped him through this time in his life.

Next we talk with Sean DeGrey about the TAC and how the event has become one big family with great relationships. Since this is the Don't Die Rusty Podcast we talk about a bad vehicle accident that Sean was in and how this became Monica's story in a way with an injured husband and a newborn. Then we chat about enjoying life, believing in Frank and the relationships that have been created and how surrounding yourselves with good people improves your life.
