By helping participants stay grounded and teaching emotional engagement skills, she increases their capacity to have meaningful conversations and create doable and effective antiracist action plans.She's the founder of the Everyday Activism Habit, where folks get to practice being radically inclusive.  Sacil is the Racial Equity & Transformation Director for InterPlay
