Sen. Joe Manchin may be a Democrat, but he's had President-elect Trump's ear on a number of issues during the transition - in fact, he says he’s already talked to Trump more than he ever talked to President Obama over the last eight years. ABC's Rick Klein and Shushannah Walshe ask him what he thinks about the nomination of ExxonMobile CEO Rex Tillerson for Secretary of State, if Trump will be an ally for the mining industry and the future of the Democratic National Committee. Rick and Shushannah also discuss the Russian hacking during the campaign and its possible motivations, and early signs on how the Trump administration might handle energy policy and climate change issues. * ABOUT JONATHAN KARL: Jonathan Karl is ABC News Chief White House Correspondent and contributes to all ABC News broadcasts.
