Description

Jess Mullen is an inspirtation of setting goals, challenging her body.  She overcame set backs and came back strong.

 

She will be completing her 100th , 100 mile run in early 2025.  

She lives in the land of curiosity as opposed to judging herself.  

She learned the power of tapping on one of her 100 mile runs which eliminated her anxiety
