This was a fun one - many people advise to speak from the scar and not the wound, and I mostly agree with it. Though I think there is so much power and beauty to be learned from the wound when we are able to speak with awareness, wholeness and grace. I try to do that in this episode about speaking about disappointment because I recently was given disappointing news.
Anyways, I hope it is supportive to you and your life when you face experiences and situations that are disappointing to you.
