Today we will be hearing from Kela Small. Kela is the Associate Partner of National Programs at Relay Graduate School, where she helps principals and their supervisors improve their instructional leadership skills.
Kela has been working in education since 2011 starting as a MS writing teacher, to academic dean, principal and now principal coach.
We are going to hear a bit more about her work as a principal coach, what she has learned about herself over the years, and how this has influenced the way she supports principals.
