Moving from a trailer park in Arizona to a more affluent part of North Carolina, Jayson didn't always fit in. He used to get made fun of for wearing knock off clothing brands, and never really felt like he was respected. That's where the underdog mentality started.
Finding success is hard to achieve, because it's difficult to describe success between different people. Knowing exactly what you consider success makes everything a little easier, Jayson talks about how he wants to help the people around him, his family, friends and employees, that's where he finds success.
