Rachel Meadows is a family nurse practitioner and founder of Restoration DPC in Roanoke, Virginia. She received her undergraduate degree in nursing from Radford University and a Master’s degree in nursing from Old Dominion University. She has over 16 years of experience and has worked in a variety of healthcare settings including hospital pediatrics, urgent care, emergency care, and family medicine. With a lot of prayers, a timely word from a leadership coach, and a courageous spirit, Rachel recently decided to start her own practice. She encourages us all to value our health and to use our passions for our community throughout this conversation.
When Rachel is not caring for her patients she is with her husband, Scott, on the pool deck watching her two girls swim with their year-round swim team. She also loves volunteering within her church community at New Hope-Roanoke, hiking, gardening, and crafting.
