Welcome to Episode 8 of You Are It
August 23, 2024
Dear friends, in this episode we finish the exploration of Hawkins' Map of Consciousness. Today we focus on the the states of being above 200. These are increasingly expansive, life-giving levels of consciousness through which everything and everyone in creation benefit from the all-encompassing and loving perception of reality of every person within these levels.
From this review, one thing seems pretty clear, that is how our thoughts represent the most basic level of awareness. Thoughts are created from the experiences that come from the 5 senses and stored as memories, with varying degrees of emotionality attached to the memories, depending on the nature of the experiences that give life to the thoughts turned into memories. Since we have become quite good at dwelling between memories of the past and worries about the future, rather than just inhabiting the present moment, this really means that we live from thought to thought to thought, and depending on the thought, from life-draining emotion to life-draining emotion to life-draining emotion.
How can we transcend the working of our primal mind and move beyond low-vibrational states of being? That is the questions we try to answer in today's episode. Enjoy.
