in this episode, I explain I was fed up with lack of available training around how to advance in corporate. My friends, colleagues and I had faced glass ceilings; and when I broke through the ceiling, I made a commitment to help other women do the same. My signature program is all about teaching women the informal process of advancement, and how to spend your time more strategically.
