Chelsea is a certified nutrition and deep health coach, certified trainer, yoga teacher and meditation guide. She has worked with women supporting their fitness and nutrition goals and discovered the need for women to fill their own cup.

In today's episode Chelsea shares with us her recent bout with Covid and how she is navigating recovery and we also go deep into her experience over the last year of managing chronic stress burnout anxiety and depression.

In this interview Chelsea is open and vulnerable and shares her insight into how strong her will is and this kept her from accessing her healing. She talks about the power of acceptance and the path to recovery. This was an open and honest conversation that inspired me and hopefully will inspire you to create space to surrender into the sensations and begin to take steps to replenish your body, mind and soul.
