In this episode we're joined by Jon Winer, CMAA – athletic administrator at CREC School District in Connecticut and a member of the NIAAA Publications Committee. We discuss his article published in the Spring 2024 IAA magazine titled "Creating a Culture Where Sports Build Character" including the eight examples he gives on how to build character, why he wrote this article, and how his school has been impacted.
