Robert MacPhee is joined by Anne Marie Nantais — a certified ADHD coach (PCC and an ADDCA graduate) with a background in teaching that spans 19 years of classroom and Special Education
experience. She started "ADHD and Beyond" to help adults and young adults go
beyond the label of ADHD and into living their best lives – as they define it.
With compassion and deep listening, she works with clients to help them find
personalized and unique solutions to their ADHD stumbling blocks, using their
strengths to create the energy and ease they crave in their lives.
Through individual and group coaching, her specialty is helping her talented,
creative clients with ADHD get clarity on their values, then supporting them to make
small changes to their thinking patterns and daily activities so they can have MORE
of what matters to them in their lives.
