What separates the patients who achieve their goals from those who are stuck?

After 10 years of practice, I noticed that these successfully healthy patients believe one thing: Healing is possible and starts from within.

In this episode, I'm highlighting the three traits I've consistently seen in patients who not only get better but thrive.

One, they show up with an open mind. Two, they do what it takes to get better. Lastly, and maybe most importantly, they bring gratitude in the process.

These are all traits that keep them moving forward, even when the journey gets tough. And it can be possible for you too.

Get yourself on the path to healing on the Good Gut Feeling Podcast: The Success Formula: 3 Traits of Patients Who Truly Heal.
