Description

In this week’s podcast, I delve into the hot topic of imposter syndrome, unpacking the doubts we have about our self-worth and our fears of being exposed as frauds, despite evidence of success.

Join me as I discuss how the brain's limbic system contributes to these feelings by perpetuating a fight-or-flight response and feelings of insufficiency—remnants of our evolutionary past. I also look at how cultural pressures to constantly achieve and be productive exacerbate these feelings, leading to striving for overachievement and perfectionism as well as burnout and a disconnection from our true potential.

If you’re working on overcoming imposter syndrome, I hope you’ll join me for the first of this two-part episode!
