After more than a decade in wine sales and hospitality, Dominick Peri found himself captivated by the creativity and authenticity of the craft beer movement. A 2014 business trip to San Diego exposed him to a thriving brewery scene, sparking a mission to bring that same energy back to South Florida. Alongside co-founder Ken, he launched Prosperity Brewers, tapping into the talent of a passionate local home brewer and overcoming the usual hurdles of location scouting, equipment delays, and regulatory red tape. Today, Prosperity is known for its innovative spins on global ale traditions, offering everything from a Prickley Pear Sour to a Mexican Hot Chocolate stout—each brew a tribute to the culture that inspired it.
