Description

Mark Connor began boxing at the age of 10, had 102 amateur fights, made it to three national tournaments, and competed against some of the nation's top world-class boxers. He became the Upper Midwest Golden Gloves lightweight champion at 17 and traveled to the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO, two days after graduating high school, competing in the 1987 trials for the Pan American Games. My conversation with Mark packs a punch as we cover topics from training (both mental and physical), faith, life and death, achieving balance, the responsibility of freedom and more. Mark is a kind soul and I know you'll end the show feeling as inspired and encouraged as I did.
