You would figure that someone who was Provost at the University of Notre Dame and President of
Wake Forest University would know how to recruit the best leaders for the schools. And you’d be
correct. Dr. Nathan Hatch held both of those jobs for 25 years, and he learned how to recruit the best team around him. You can learn that too, but you have to be smart and secure. Read all
