In this episode I talk about 8 things I focus on that actually make me a happier person. By practicing these things I get to choose how I perceive my circumstance, and I get to decide if I am going to be happy or not.
I do believe that some people are naturally born happier than others or some people wake up happier than others, but for the most part it is a choice, and I know this because I have been on both ends of it.
I know what it looks like, when I don't put in effort to be happy, and it's not pretty, its foggy, its heavy, and its not a feeling that aligns with who I want to be. I also know what it looks like when I put in the effort, and it is vibrant and rewarding, and a feeling I would love to sit in forever.
