Description

 journaling was the first habit I was ever able to be truly consistent with, and it helped get me to a mental state where I could begin to pick up other helpful and consistent habits. It helped me stay on the same page as my emotions, and has truly helped me get better and push myself everyday, and because of journaling I know that I am on track to becoming the best version of myself.

In this weeks episode, I talk about 7 benefits of journaling that I have noticed in my life, and then  talk about where to start, and how you can make it a habit in your life.
