What story are you telling yourself about your business?
When entrepreneurs face stagnation, the barrier often isn't the market or the product—it's the subconscious limiting beliefs built up over a lifetime . In this episode of Growing Your Business, host Buddy Broyles sits down with Jodie Wallace, founder of 3D Perspectives, LLC, a business and life coach with over 25 years of experience .
As a Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner trained directly under industry pioneer Christina Hall, Jodie breaks down her "3D" methodology: Discovery, Direction, and Decision . Learn how internal conflict resolution can dismantle procrastination, align your mind and spirit, and provide tangible, measurable growth for your business journey .

Complimentary Discovery Session: Accessible by reaching out directly to explore NLP and coaching options with zero sales pressure.
Jodie also loves to communicate via text messages.
The Power of the 3Ds: True transformation requires three phases: Discovery (where you are vs. where you want to go), Direction (the strategy to get there), and Decision (the absolute commitment to change) .
Subconscious Stories Dictate Success: Procrastination and business stagnation are rarely about the external situation; they are driven by subconscious, limiting beliefs (e.g., "I'm not good enough") formed between ages 2 and 14 .
Internal Conflict Resolution: Instead of treating internal friction as one side being right and the other wrong, effective NLP uncovers the positive purpose of both sides (like safety) and integrates them to create a unified path forward .
The Importance of an Evidence Journal: Subconscious conditioning relies on proof . By tracking actions and logging exactly how calm and confident you felt afterward, you build a written catalog of success that trains the brain for future wins .
Measurable Value Scales: Utilizing a 1-to-5 clarity scale at the end of a session ensures clients leave with a concrete sense of value, allowing the coach to pivot immediately if the client doesn't yet feel at a top "5" .
A Spiritual, No-Pressure Lane: Operating purely out of a calling rather than financial strain or competition changes the coaching dynamic entirely . Discerning who truly fits your practice—and referring out those who need clinical counseling—builds deep professional trust
Your story deserves more than just a conversation—it deserves impact.
