Description

Desirae Outcalt grew up in a broken family surrounded by abuse and drugs and with no real direction or understanding of how to succeed in life. However, at a young age, Desirae found the courage to rise up and defeat the odds, and today she is a successful business banker at Bell Bank, a community activist, and one of Arizona's most influential Women. Desirae's path to success has certainly been a challenging one, and we are honored to have her join us to share her story of initiative and survival.
