You aren't here just to live your life in survival mode. Actually survival mode is an activation of a very specific set of biological triggers.
By definition: Survival mode is a physiological response that occurs in the body, which allows us to respond to stressful situations by preparing the body to fight, flight, or freeze. Think about it as our mind and body getting ready to combat danger.
Your most perfect day shouldn't be survival mode. You should have as many days NOT living in fight, flight or freeze as humanly possible.
