Black History Month closes in a powerful and energetic way. I can never get enough of reflecting on all of the amazing contributions made by Black people that built, changed, and sustained this land of the United States. In this episode, I speak about how the color black is amazing, and how Black people took our identity from "negro" to Black to give a a sense of pride of our heritage and roots. Despite often being associated with darkness and low frequency, there is powerful and rich symbolism in the color black. I am Black and I am proud!!!
