My friend Gina inspired me to develop a new series of episodes designed for evening listening. I've noticed that my voice is softer and resonates similarly to ASMR. She mentioned that when she has difficulty falling asleep, my voice and messages help her unwind and drift off. I've come to understand that during our evening wind-down, when we prepare for bed, it's also an excellent opportunity for learning as we transition into a THETA State.
