From July 2013: Former NBC publicist Charlie Barrett shares a few memories of working with Johnny Carson, Ed McMahon, and Robert Stack. Prior to launching his own PR and marketing firm, The Barrett Company, Charlie was one of the top publicists at NBC throughout the 1980s, where he was charge of media relations of such shows as The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson and Unsolved Mysteries.
