Speaker Bio:
Trisha Owsley, LPCC-S, LICDC works in private practice in Southeastern Ohio and is trained in EMDR, Ego State Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Substance Abuse Counseling, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Her clinical areas of focus are the assessment and treatment of psychological trauma, dissociation, substance abuse recovery, and emotional regulation. Trisha has a passion for supporting other clinicians through continuing education and in advocating for mental healthcare in underserved populations. Trisha is a speaker and educator on topics of trauma informed care, clinician resiliency, suicide prevention, substance abuse assessment and treatment planning, crisis intervention training for law enforcement, and trauma-related clinical treatment modalities.
