Good morning! Welcome to DAY 12. Today, we pray for the cleansing of our minds from the enemy's filth. He is so insidious!
We must be intentional about keeping our will in alignment with God's will and keeping our thoughts pure and holy. It's so easy to fall in line with the thought processes of the world. We must be vigilant!
Romans 12:2 NLT - "Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect."
Psalm 19:14 NLT - "May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing to you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer."
Ephesians 4:22-24 NLT - "throw off your old sinful nature and your former way of life, which is corrupted by lust and deception. Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. Put on your new nature, created to be like God—truly righteous and holy."
2 Corinthians 10:4-5 NLT - " We use God's mighty weapons, not worldly weapons, to knock down the strongholds of human reasoning and to destroy false arguments. We destroy every proud obstacle that keeps people from knowing God. We capture their rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ."
Philippians 4:8 NLT - "And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise."
