Today we are praying for God's wisdom to be in and around our nation's leaders.
Proverbs 11:14 NLT: " Without wise leadership, a nation falls; there is safety in having many advisers."
Psalm 2:10-11 NLT: " Now then, you kings, act wisely! Be warned, you rulers of the earth! Serve the Lord with reverent fear, and rejoice with trembling."
James 3:17 NLT: " But the wisdom from above is first of all pure. It is also peace loving, gentle at all times, and willing to yield to others. It is full of mercy and the fruit of good deeds. It shows no favoritism and is always sincere."
1 Kings 4:29 NLT: "God gave Solomon very great wisdom and understanding, and knowledge as vast as the sands of the seashore."
May the Lord surround our leaders with those who love HIM and who will provide wise counsel. May the Lord shut the mouth of the enemy and thwart his schemes. may our leaders rise up in honor and integrity to be godly leaders.
