Today's message is a holy reminder: your body is sacred. She is not your burden—she is your baby. Your ally. Your divine vessel. After 28 hours of travel, urgent care, and nonstop Zoom calls, I opened my prayer book and God said:

"Be the mama bear for your body."

So that's what we're doing today. We're circling our bodies in fierce, tender love. We're calling in a recalibration of trust, of gentleness, of release. Just like I watched the pilot of our tiny 8-seater plane fly straight into pitch-black clouds with peace on her face—I invite you to trust like that. To hand your burden to God and rest, knowing He's flying the plane.
