Matt Vilano has written more than 100 stories about Las Vegas and has edited at least a dozen travel guide books. In Time Magazine, he recently declared Las Vegas one of the world's greatest places.

Before we talk to Andy and Matt, we hung out with DW Bistro co-owner Bryce Krausman. He shared his recent Vegas fun. And he (like us) is especially excited about Vegas Unstripped, which is back after a one year hiatus. We dive into all the details and talk to several of the chefs who will be taking part on the night of October 16th.
