I am grateful to have my first guest of 2023, Reyna Estrada.
Reyna is the National Internet Sale Manager for M/I Homes. She recently spoke on a panel at the International Builder Show (IBS) about cultural diversity in homebuilding. I asked her if she would be willing to share her take on selling homes to diverse cultures as well as real life solutions for how we can do better for our customers keeping in mind diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). She speaks specifically about the Hispanic community and what they are looking for in home buying and how we as an industry can provide better resources to help them attain the dream of homeownership.
