Six Steps To Achieving Your Goals
Define what you want - be specific
What does it mean to you to have fulfilled that goal?
Write it Down physically/Put it where you see it every day
Find the Formula/Mentor - Copy or be coached by someone else that has already done it, follow step by step
Do the quiet work, boring work, compound effect of step by step, if you stop, just start again
Don’t QUIT
