Description

I'm haunted by this week's SAS Australia final, where Australian Sportswoman Abbey Holmes played out what I see in leadership aaalllll the time. To their absolute resounding detriment at the final hurdle. When men & women have equal abilities, why do the women call attention to their weaknesses? Why do we need to say that stuff out loud?

We HAVE to call an end to this in ourselves - because nobody else is seeing our weakness UNTIL we say it out loud!! Then they see it, they buy into your passion about it, & you're pigeonholed as not ready for next level.

If you've ever caught yourself voluntarily telling people what you're working on to improve yourself, hun this episode is absolutely for you my friend. It's a multi generational habit that I hope, after hearing this, will stop with you.

This episode was originally part of the Don’t Be ARSD podcast, now rebranded as Goddess of Balance, with Catherine Nolan, multi-award-winning leadership coach and 5x #1 bestselling author.

If you’re juggling too much, feeling overworked, and still not where you want to be, this podcast is your guide to shifting from chaos to clarity and exhaustion to ease.

Much love, Cath x
