Tina began her journey as a registered dental assistant in private practice before joining the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. There, she supported oral and maxillofacial surgery residents and assisted with complex surgical procedures, giving her deep insights into patient care, clinical workflows, and the challenges clinicians face daily.
After years in surgery, Tina transitioned into the business side of dentistry, stepping into marketing and sales, where she partners closely with dental practices and DSOs. Her strong clinical foundation, paired with hands-on experience supporting doctors, has fueled her success in enterprise sales, especially as dentistry evolves toward AI-driven solutions.
