In each episode, a special guest joins Justice Smythe. Justice and his guests are 100% guaranteed to be musical, cultural, and theological experts, not just making stuff up—that would be ungodly.

In our second episode, Justice Smythe invites his niece Melody Smythe to help him review Chappell Roan's album Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess. Her name is Chappell, and she's from the same state as Rush Limbaugh and Burt Bacharach -- what could go wrong?

Justice admits to being gripped by an unholy spirit when the album's beat drops. Like Chappell Roan, he doesn't mind stoners (as per Deuteronomy 17:2). He does need some explanation of the album's liturgy, and ever-patient, ever-wise-beyond-her-years Melody uncomfortably explains.
