We discuss Splinter of the Mind's Eye (1978) by Alan Dean Foster. This being the first episode, we spend a while discussing our general opinions and history with Star Wars as a whole, but then we get into this very bizarre and often bewildering first outing of the literary Star Wars Expanded Universe.
